Two things help define who I, Devon Watkins, am. Love of technology, and passionate focus on driving projects through to completion.
It is cliche' to say this, but it is true. I also firmly believe that customer service is the differenetiator between good and great. We all have customers. Their belief in us is what determines if we really are great, and not just "good enough".
Over 20 years in IT have shown me that cutomer relationships are the, often unnoticed, glue that binds successful IT service delivery to succesful companies.
